Request for guidance regarding an unreturned Even Balance Global Ban

First of all, I would like to thank you for keeping this platform alive and for providing this topic to explain the current situation with Even Balance. I am aware of the official announcement by DHGreeny regarding Even Balance ceasing their player support, and I completely understand that it might be technically "too late" for a standard appeal through official channels. However, I am writing this reply as an absolute last hope, hoping that a staff member here might still be able to offer guidance or manual assistance.

 

I am a long-time veteran of the Battlefield series. Across my years in this community, I have accumulated over 7,800 hours in Battlefield 3 and more than 1,000 hours in Battlefield 4. I have a long history of supporting this community and even used to serve as an official server admin across multiple games for well-known servers. I have never used cheats, hacks, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in my life.

Recently, after a complete absence of about 3 years, I decided to return to my favorite games. To ensure a smooth experience, I performed a completely clean reinstallation of my Windows 10 operating system, downloaded the games via the official EA App, and reinstalled PunkBuster. However, upon trying to join a server, I discovered that I had been hit with a permanent Global GUID Ban from Even Balance, which currently locks me out of both Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4.

 

Since I am completely clueless as to how this could have happened after being away from the game for years, I am left to guess. My only technical assumption is that when I freshly set up my PC, PunkBuster might have falsely flagged the official driver/software for my Patriot "Viper Gaming Mouse" as a threat due to an automated system error. However, this is pure speculation on my part because I am simply at a complete loss.

I checked my status on the Master Ban Index (MBi) here, and it confirmed that my GUID is completely clean on PBBans and the ban comes strictly from Even Balance. Furthermore, my global stats across all independent community anti-cheat networks are completely flawless, showing a 0% cheat score:

I have already submitted an official Trouble Ticket to Even Balance, but as expected, they remain entirely unresponsive. Losing a deeply cherished veteran account with almost 9,000 hours of legitimate playtime due to a silent, automated third-party system error is truly heartbreaking.
