Realizing this is an older thread.... Just wondering if this is still a problem, or if it's been fixed with the patches. Have a friend that is experiencing problems taking screenshots on a new server he just got. At this time I'm not sure if it's a linux server, but this is the closest thread simular to his problem. Thanks!
