I have member in my clan who is using cg_marks to eliminate the likes of flash from his ak47 for better vision is this seen as a violation?

We are having problems with a player of ours getting get for GUID UNK but he has an original key, any ideas why he is being kicked? also we had player who was able to play then was kicked for same reason.
