if you get banned on a stremeing server you get banned from all stremeing servers how long does it take for you get banned on pb servers if your name is in master ban list. are do you only get banned from stemeing servers not pb servers?

i think my server is stremeing again where can i edit my flags i want it to scan for cvars

yo i cant get my server to steam again i done all the commands with rcon but it says server not steaming are all your systems good to go now are is it my problem just want to know can i make my server steam at this time and welcome back :) this is the error am getting socket_connect() [<a href='function.socket-connect'>function.socket-connect</a>]: unable to connect [111]: Connection refused
