Ok, did that and had no problems with those commands, but now when I type the 'admin pb_sv_uconlist' to check if streaming, nothing happens, nothing shows on the screen. I restarted server and still nothing. I guess that is some improvement from before though. lol. When I check your 'Master Stream Index', my server shows up in the 'Server Info' but not the 'PBBans Hub Server Search' Server status= Server is not streaming via Hub.

I have version v1.255 of pb running. When I run the 'pbsetup' file it only updates it to this version.

...this is the message I am getting while I am in AA and hit the tilde key and type 'pb_sv_uconlist' to see if my server is streaming. I have the correct files in pb folder, my pbsv.cfg has the correct command 'pb_sv_load pbbans_hub.cfg' and my pbsv doesn't contain any of the lines you mentioned in the Hub Troubleshooting. Thanks for any help.
