/rcon pb_sv_USessionLimit 2

/rcon pb_sv_uconadd 1 63.171.64.245 pbbans pbbans

/rcon pb_sv_AutoUpdBan 1

/rcon pb_sv_writecfg

 

now shows it streaming!
