Ok, I understand. It is to bad because he is well known cheater, but our satisfaction can be that he was caught on server which is streamed on game-violations.com and that he get ban from clan base. I know this is newbie question -but i must ask: Why are you not connected with game-violations and share banned guids etc. ?

I had same problem with kicking by PB for loosing key packets. Same happened when i connected my laptop or someone else computer. I read somewhere that this is an issue with ISP, so I called my ISP and next day everything were in order...no more kicking.
