ROC Jackal

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can offer some help. I have 4 servers and will be adding more, but for right now I have one server 66.21.19.183:28960 (cod2) that I can't seem to get streaming, does anybody have any idea what could be the problem?

Ok i used all the rcon commands and got all the right responses from server but it still says my server is not streaming, so now what do I do?

my server IP is 64.21.129.209:28960
