Unreal_Insanity

This is going to sound strange, but I did everything to make my server stream to pbbans. Keep in mind that I am leasing from gameservers.com (which they are real good) I added the files required to the server, I ran the automated hub set-up 1.26 and nothing. I look up at both of my servers and they say Inactive. What am I doing wrong?

I really have to say, thank you so much for having such a great service for all server owners. I was a victim of countless of hackers coming into my server and literally tearing it apart with hacks. I was avg 32 ppl at any given moment, then the hacks destroyed the server and no one wanted to come in. I turn my way to PBbans and its quite no hackers, if there are I catch them instant. I mean it, Thank you!!!!! B) B)

How do you download the folder besides asking my server provider for it? Can I simply download the folder and install it myself or does the Server provider must do it ?
