Does restarting a server kill my stream? do I have to re-enter those commands each time the server starts?

I've got them all set up except one (77.74.194.36:28961), because of a typo in the IP in the uconlist. How do I remove that ucon profile so I can add the correct one, because I can't add one with the same "pbbans" profile name.

I've got that my server 2 (77.74.194.36:28961) hasn't streamed for 8 hours... is that because it's empty? I thought I added the pb task to send a heartbeat, though. I'm adding the other 3 servers now, do you need to do anything once they're added?
