ok i apologize im a noob to forums, BUT wouldnt i be on the master ban list or player list???

i dont understand dude i looked everywher to see this so called ban everywhere i check says im CLEAN but i can play ?,,,im slow so how about lamens terms that i can understand plz thnx .....i just checked my cd key it says im clean why can i play cant i get some darn help here plz...........
