hi i trying to add a admin to my acount but i get this ERROR: User already exists in account system,what do it mean how can we change it so i can add him so he can see pbbans on my account

hi all i am new to pbban and i trying to set up me clan server to stream to pbbans but all i get is PBBans - Account Manager ** Access Denied ** You do not have access to this area. You must have an account at PBBans to use this feature. Please sign into the forums and try again. If you do not have a PBBans account please visit our application page and apply. but i do have an account, that just been accepted?? :huh: can you help please. many thanks rambo38 :D
