I dont no why but all of our ss are turning out black and only the bottom of the ss is showing were the lettering is? How would would i fix this this problem were only getting half page of black ss? Everything is set up properly

I used the automated server hub and it said succesful when i ran the tool on ur site. But when i look it says my server isnt streaming its inactive. I dont have ftp access either or i could prolly figure out whats wrong. Any idelas what i can do? 74.200.208.137:19567 is server ip its a private
