An enemydown requirement is for your server to be streaming which will allow you to host official matches once its all set up.

I've managed to get a server streaming with clanforge. Steps 1. Click 'Servers' button on left had side of clanforge. 2. Tick the tick box to the left of the server you want to stream. 3. At the bottom of the screen click 'Live Control' 4. Click the 'Console Tab' 5.
