Dont have any access that comes along with streaming game admin . read a few posts and tried fixing it myself ie .. ran automated hub setup again . still no joy . status is blue account id 3408 92.48.91.25:2304

Team Status Team is Active Account ID 3408 Access Code 826f7691686be11457e4ea170bb37501 Name Crysis Killers Tag Ck our server has stopped streaming about 10 hours ago , the dedi box got restarted about then and all has stopped working so trying to get it all working i done auto hub set up a few times to no avail ,so i deleted the server and re - added it again ,sorry for doing that .. now am waiting for admin approval any idea how it suddenly stop working ?
