No, They wouldn't. And I don't think the outcry of users of there software would prompt a fix. I think it will take when Activision decides to launch COD World at war and on the first day everyone gets banned because of this issue and then Activision screaming cause they spent all this money to use this software and it just destroys there launch and loose there possiable customers. Maybe then, they would fix it. I don't really know, but this has been a known issue within PB and yet they didn't care enough to actually fix it, so that must tell you something.
