i ave been trying to get my servers back to streaming since last night but no luck they are still showing as not streaming

Set this up as I have tried using Manage greetings in my account Management but it gives me a INVALID GUID when I put mine in and I know it is genuine as it is the only one I have and it is registered at CB as well Help or clues appreciatted
