Sad I had hoped it was a mistake, why can i not see him on MBi list? I thought that GGC and PBB shared info about these bans.

Is this guy banned? He says that PunkBuster throws him off the server's, because he was using aimbot. But I can not find him on MBi list? he should not be there if he was banned?

I have a problem with a player that I have tried to ban. Even though he is on my banlist, he keeps on coming back to my server and accuse me and my clan of cheating. And when I go to my PBBan account and look at the hub live, I can only see 11 players, when I actually have 26 players on my server. Since my own profile and half of my clanmembers are among those players not showing on the list, I know that it's not because the players are cheating, that I can't see them on my list. Does anyone know how to solve these 2 problems? All this is still new to me.
