Thanks for the fast replies, but what does the kick actually mean?

Last night I was connecting to a server, minimized (and checked some pictures on a website) and when I returned I was kicked by PB for the following: Is there anyone who can explain what this is about? And how to prevent it in the future from happening? Thanks in advance.
