Greetings, When I first submitted for streaming our server, I entered our clan tag in the "tag" space thinking it was just a profile info. Now the owners of the server are telling me I should have entered info related to them. How can I change the team info? and the tag? If I try it only gets me the website and e-mail address. it's run by a local ISP in a server room, not home. i don't know why you were not able to ping it?! The server is up, just checked it in xfire and joined in-game. I don't have FTP access to the cfg file, But I just got webtool working and it executed all the commands, still not streaming. or would it take time? Thank you for your support

i tried using Firefox and IE7, the java page doesn't load up even though i downloaded the plug-ins. I run the commands using rcon pass in the server, so how the approval can be re-checked? thanks

Greetings, I'm trying to stream the the other server, the 1st is teporarly down. This server has been running for about a year and fully meet the requirements I read in the Pbbans FAQ. I spoke to the host in order to have our server running again. But meanwhile, Is it possible for me to send some GUIDs to one of the admins and kindly check at MPi if they're not used before? I need to check some CD keys, if they're clean before let the guys use it. appreciated, thanks

thank you for your quick response. The server went down when I issued the command pb_sv_task 0 7200 pb_sv_ver!! This server is run by a local ISP and currently has no assigned agent to re-launch the server!! :( I need access to the master player list!

Greetings, So our server did not have active players for few days. I missed the notifications sent by pbbans to my e-mail. A while ago, I needed to access the MPi and it seems i have only public access now since our server stopped streaming. I run the rcon command sent to me by pbans and submitted to activate it in my account management setup. Is there anything else I should do? When is it supposed to be streaming again? thanks, and also on a note.. can I use my hotmail e-mail address for notifications? Thanks and regards.
