    I submitted an appeal to pbbans and a ticket to evenbalance. They ruled that my global ban was an error and to let you guys know that my global ban can be lifted. I just need to know outside of my appeal how do I let you guys know about my updated ticket so I can be removed from the ban list and can resume playing BF2?
