Ursus Morologus

My test server doesn't meet the criteria for streaming but I still want to be able to use the banlist, and as it looks now I will have to automate retrieval of the file. Most of home server admins are not going to have wherewithal to setup automatic downloads etc, so it seems like a point of general discussion--do you guys have any plans for allowing automatic updates to non-contributing servers?
