I have dozens of screenshots where the player has these black walls infront of him.... is that a hardware bug or is he cheating?

Recently i noticed a wallhack user on our server but as soon as he connects to the server he is kicked by PB with the message of "WINDOWS API 133..something error... can you tell me if this somehow is because of his hacks? and what does the error mean? thank you
