but I have other ss's where the Sample rate =2 and the crosshair is normal?

I am an admin for fsfa BFV. (formerly JOLT) I have been finding some strangs pbss. The crosshair is missing the two horizontal lines. Its only on certain players, (repeated ss give the same result) and its not Vista related. I have not been able to find any info and seem to have come to dead end, please help.
