Not Streaming server

Mistyped the port, trying to do 5 things at once the server is 5.102.47.9:17567 -
I have a server 75.102.47.9:17679 and it has stopped streaming for almost 2 days. The configs are correct, everything serverside is good...even had the server reloaded and all updates. It still wont stream what could be the issue?

cant copy...sorry but is says int opening connection error Read timed out -
Server ip 75.102.47.9:17567, I have tried everything from ftp, to bfcc (manually adding), to auto hub (read time error) I went down the list. Server side shows the config files even updated them. Need help please
