Our server was moved by fragnet to a new IP without our consent. I hav set up streaming via the auto tool on the homepage, but still not responding, I checked my config and its all correct, any ideas?

This screenshot was banned, but it appears to be listed? I do not know of any crosshair that looks like this, I could easily be wrong. however, it ws banned, then removed.
