My suspect programs list: Steam Logitec Realtek Xfire TS 2/3 mumble Alt Tab (while in game) TweakMASTER (confirmed trigger) I have gone into my msconfig (with help from my friends... don't do this if you don't know what you're disabling) and disabled ALL of the unnecessary running processes (excluding TS). I'm hoping this will prevent it from happening again but at this point, it's roll of the dice.
