I think you have waited too long to remove the false positives Gamehack Bans.
Even the publisher (THE BIG ) EA Games announced on Battlelog that there are false Bans but u waited on the (always slow) even balance report while hundreds and thousands innocent players got banned.
In my Opinion you lost Trust !!!!!
It would be interesting to hear other Gamers Opinions on this and to discuss what can be done to support false Banned players the next time (for example "laying the Bans on ice" till official feedback) .
because it was not the first false Banwave of PB.
