    Hello, I've corrected the items listed; I did have some questions about how to re-apply and if there is a person who can be contacted. One of the issues listed was "Forum is not viewable to guest", which hasn't ever been the case and is even accessible via my cell phone. So, I believe i've corrected the issues but can't find any guidance on how to re-apply.
