im currently trying to setup pbbans on my server. i have already done this step http://www.pbbans.com/automated-streaming-setup.html not sure what to do now..... any help?

i was told by you of your admins to post on the fourms to try and get my old pbbans inso sent to me, the current email i use was not found in the database to resend my old password to me so i do not know how else to get my login info. posted about it my old info and what he said for me to do. please get back at me asap so that i can start streming pbbans to my bc2 server thank you.
