Server dosnt start streaming

Thanks a lot for your super fast help -
Hi , i just got approved the account , ( Account Nr. : 10752 ) but the Server dosnt start streaming so i thought that i choose the wrong Port ( first i used querry Port : 48822 ) so i deletet this server and added a new Server with the same IP but the Joining Port : 19568 but it dosnt start streaming anyway....could you please help me ? Thank You
