No,I didn't get game from steam,I turn off everything but again the same error,I have the windows 8 maybe is OS the reason?

I have a problem with Cod2 Multiplayer,I allways get a kick like this one:Disallowed Program Driver 125062...why?PB is updated,I turned off all programs like Fraps,Xfire,just copy IP from server on xfire and that's all..but when I get in the server,2min later i get this kick!Can I solve this KICK! Sorry For Bad Language I'm from CROATIA :D
