    Does this mean those streaming who no longer meet the requirements (ie: Website, public forums, public admin lists) will be downgraded to a Streaming Lite Admin until they meet the requirements again? As I'm always coming across clans/communities who meet the requirements for approval, then lock their site down afterwards
