How long does it take to get an ticket answered / replied too?

 

I sent in a ticket on January 21st for account reactivation.  I got an response on the 22nd and I replied back to the admin on the 23rd.  I still have not heard back and would like to get my servers streaming to PBBANS.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
