So I was playing Cod4 perfectly fine yesterday & the day prior.
Today when i went to play CoD4 I got the yellow text of Doom from patch 1.4: "Awaiting Key Code Authorization".
I remembered the trick to solving this back on patch 1.4 and it works and gets it to authorize me to play on the local server. but going back to the server browser is a no go.
I know that EB isn't supporting the game anymore. And I haven't had any problems play up until today.
I checked my firewalls (Windows, Avast, & my routers), Rebooted the modem/router, & restarted my PC several times.
All of this for nothing... I am kinda getting frustrated.
