Ive recently just come back to my Origin account and have seen that ive been hacked, i spent like an hour on the phone and have eventually got it all sorted out. I spent hours downloading all the updates and now its saying i am banned ( GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN 836a9d16 ) What do i need to do to get unbanned ???
