I think that this player is a cheater.
I sent a screenshot to the site GGC, but he was not banned.
If you increase the screenshot, you'll notice the blue pixel on the upper left.
I think this cheat blocks removal of screenshots, but he probably sold defective cheat and one pixel was visible in the screenshot.
