Admins, I have a question. Our hosting provider, MultiPlay, will change some server hardware. (tomorrow the 26th) The result will be that we will get another IP for our server. What do I have to do now? Delete our streaming server and setup the server with the new IP to get back on streaming? (New IP -> Automated Hub Setup -> Streaming again) Thx for your help! Regards, JP

Since 31th of march our server is offline. Its a problem of our host. I made some tickets with no answer as a result. Its not a PBBans problem so wont bother you guys with it. ;) But the problem is that we havent a server atm. (since 31th of march) This week we will order a new one at another host. So my question is: What do I have to do to get the new one streaming? Do I have to do the same I have done with the old sever to get the new server streaming? When I go to Account manager / Manage servers it says: 'There are a total of 0 server(s)' Is it about the downtime of our old server that the server is deleted from your database? Is this an automatic delete? And I dont have access anymore to the protected forums. (SA forums) I guess that has something to do with our 'dead' server? When I register the new server, will I get the SA status again, automaticaly? Thx for your help. NBG| T4zzy
