game admin status

hello there i am wondering how would I get Game Admin status for PBBANS.com

 

I do have my own server, but I dont have my own clan, I got this server so people could hang out there and my clan leader said I should get on the Game Admin staff so I can catch cheaters on it. I think that my profile is up-to-date for everything.
