PBBans activity not working

Hi I have looked and couldn't really or know where to put this topic its a pretty busy site

Anyway

I have 2 game servers and have registered or entered both to be activated , they both were then 1 of then

has just vanished, ?

so I have 1 there says it has been approved but will not activate at all.

I have been through the Automated streaming setup and all went well processed rebooted and successful

but still not active

Well 1 of the servers is on the server management list and the other isn't and no matter how manner times I try to

put or add the second game server . it adds it streams etc. go out then come back in again (after approval) then its gone again weird

I have contacted my data center (Hypernia) and they said everything is fine their end and there is no problems with PBBans and all

there game servers are open to PBBans and suggested I let PBBans know whats happening.

Hope this isn't too confusing

The only server you had was using the wrong port on our site. It's fixed now.

 

Try running our webtool to see if it helps
