Server showin inactive.

Raging Rebels BFBC2 server account setup and approved but showing inactive. Went through the webapp automated hub setup without errors. Added server with IP and port correctly. Where might I have gone wrong?

 

Server IP:Port is as follows 63.211.221.102:19567

Server isn't configured for streaming.
