We are not here to arbitrate between disgruntled players and server admins, they are quite within their rights to ban whomever they please from a server were you play for free and they pay for. Find another server to play on is the simple solution. If you believe they are a shady clan, then move on to another clan where you are more comfortable. Other than that, there is nothing we can do.
