So serious, in fact, that the state is offering the most lucrative incentives in the United States to entice game studios of all sizes to relocate to New Orleans, Baton Rouge or Shreveport. While Electronic Arts was the first on board with its new $28.2 million, 94,000 square feet North American QA Testing Facility at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Gameloft is already hiring for a major mobile games studio with up to 150 employees in New Orleans.
