PBBans is no longer providing downloadable banlists in an effort to reduce the number of players with lifted bans from being kicked by other sites and servers who do not have the latest banlist. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you. Downloadable banlists are no longer necessary since the PBBans Hub enforces all of our banlists automatically for streaming servers. Before we discontinued offering downloadable banlists, we removed the full IP address. It was done to prevent user ip's from being cached by search engines of bans that turned out to be false positives.
