pb_sv_uconlist command not returning what I think it needs too??

Hello, I'm following the guide and have ftp'd my files to where they go, restarted punkbuster and when I do the following command:

/pb_sv_uconlist I get the following:

PunkBuster Client: [slot] [Type] [Mask] [Name]

PunkBuster Client: End of PB UCON Profile List (1 Entry)

 

The documentation says I should see:

PunkBuster Client: [slot] [Type] [Mask] [Name]

PunkBuster Client: 1 1 64.27.21.46 pbbanshub

PunkBuster Client: End of PB UCON Profile List (1 Entry)

 

Why do I not see that middle line???

Thanks Foxdie for your quick help on IRC! It turns out it was punkbuster actually needed restarted.
