Not sure if server is streaming

Well, I did everything I was supposed to do and when I go to my server management section is says that my server is streaming, but when I am ingame and do the "pb_sv_uconlist" command, it shows 0 entries. So is my server streaming or not?

I am not an admin here, but I did just check your streaming info and it is working.
