Sever not streaming, need help.

I've upgrade my AA2 server to AA3. Now my server is not streaming, this is what i see on my server logs:

And this is how i set up to stream:

PB UCON Session Limit Reached (pb_sv_UsessionLimit=0)

Something is overwriting pb_sv_usessionlimit to 0... Recheck all your configs... see if you can find another pb_sv_usessionlimit.
