68.232.170.51:16567 Streaming, but banned players still join

We just caught a hacker on our BF2 server, that shows in pbbans as being caught in 2008...how is that possible?

 

GUID matched perfectly. Our server shows streaming is functional. 68.232.170.51:16567

BF2CC Buffer after recovery from crash contained hundreds of this line:

Make sure you have the ""Enforce Bans" Option enabled on your server. Your flags for your server below show that you do not have it enabled.

Accept MD5 Bans | Accept PB Bans | Announce New Bans

 

Go here:

Click the "E" next to your server name and check the box that says "Enforce Bans" and save.

 

Done!
