No actaully I have talked to a few that have no problem running ET on Vista.I think the biggest problem right now may just be drivers/chipset issue's with Vista and PB. I know our member has taken his old system in and getting it rebuild from the ground up.Said he won't be going the Vista route for a long time after this.

Yeah I think there's a lot of people having problems with Vista and ET.1 of our members old system bit the dust and he had to go buy a new Vista equipped system.Can't even enable PB on his with out it crashing to desktop.He looked everywhere for help and finally gave up.Took the new system back and is rebuilding the old XP system

Yeah I think we would all like to know the answer to that question.It just doesn't make sense that pbss's would show that.

Kind of looks like the BF2 intro movie for the load screen.

Yep thats why I haven't even used Vista Beta for gaming.Wanted to wait until I had the info straight from PB before even installing it to my main pc.

Just to back up what Fozzer said about Vista.I submitted a ticket to EB just to see what the status was on Vista and PB and this was their reply. 09/13/2006 01:20:03 - "Wouter Tromp" Note #2: Unfortunately Punkbuster is not supporting Windows Vista at present time. Since Windows Vista is currently in beta-stages, it is meant purely for testing purposes and not intended for online game play (yet). When Windows Vista is commercially available, we'll make sure Punkbuster is compatible for all the games we support.

Yep models hack.Another cheat bite's the dust.

I can tell ya this.When my friends card would do this.The game would be unplayable.His fps would drop to nothing and he would have to do a /vid_restart to play.Hope that helps ya out.

Seen it several time's and know that in fact it could be bad video memory.Know a guy that submitted ss's just like these to BFG on his trouble ticket.Needless to say they replaced his v card.

As far as those settings go you get more fps by checking the optimize for sli atleast in my case you do.Far as those setting being legal I believe they are.

No it won't work as the linux binaries for cod 2 contain the same update as America's Army for taking Pb ss's and until the windows ver. is updated you won't be taking any pbss's on a linux server.

I get the same thing at times.Alot has to do with your ping and especially with cod 2 and the 16 k game state.I play against guys with pings of 20 to my ping of 100 and its like shooting blanks at them.

I know I would.Played sof2 once or twice and it put me to sleep.

Don't know if cod2 will last if Activision and IW don't get the bugs worked out with this patch.Think alot of people are getting fed up with the support or lack there of.

Yep thats why there is over 12,000 server's up and running for the cod series.7100 just for cod 2.

Hey guys just wanted to post this those that haven't seen it yet.Found a post today about a PB cod 2 server on IWnation's forum's so I added it to my fav's on all seeing eye and in fact it is there.25 of 32 on it now and it looks like 1 of the new maps is Harbor.Here's a screen of my all seeing eye.Going to keep a eye on it and maybe see what the other map is going to be.

Mine was removed the same day it happened do to what ever problem PB was having that day so unless your violation happened on the 20th of dec I would say your stuck with the ban since any #130236 violations before or after dec 20th in cod are not at issue.

Was wondering what was going on.Had 5 kicked in less than 10 minute's including myself and the head admin of our group.

Well guys They got us again last night.We got the player kicked.Server disconnected for inactivity message about 3 time's and had to restart the server each time.Holback is going to check the log's to see if we got anything this time and file a ticket with our host.It would really be nice to catch these guys and get something done about it.

Just set it up and it works great.Will be posting it on my clan forum.Thanks for the info on it.
