Deaths Conundrum aka DC

I am still here gentlemen, 1 month after my kick. We all know how easy it would be for me to purchase another cd key from EA, change my gaming name and IP and get on with my gaming. I spend a minimum of 6 hours a night reading you forums, PsBs forums and MoO clans forums searching for an answer to my case. Ask yourselves this, why is this guy still here? Why is he so against giving into EB? How long will he continue to fight for his name? How many more people are there like me that just roll over and spend more money to fund another false positive for EB? I wont do it, theyre wrong and need to admit it. The glitch that was reported and released of all action has been kicking people individually for some time now. Check their data base the numbers you find will support my accusation. I am tired, my left eyes is permenantly bloodshot and I have migrains from reading. What will it take for the truth? DC

Why isn't this on the Dutch forums? Just curios. Sorry Murderur, that was whay I meant if not what I said. If the ss is not streaming it could be corrupted or created bt anyone with photo shop skills so the image must be streaming along with the log info for a player to recieve a ban. Was trying to keep it short. DC

Good thing I came to this forum the same day as your kick and reported the problem to Bob then Eh which he then took up with EB? There were mass kicks before that day vbut they were not reported, only added to the Master Ban Index (MBI). I am still contending this is a server kick and not a client violation. DC

Yes it does, they all do. they block everything by default and you have to approve the traffic you want allowed. My friggin norton is constantly popping up. Owned your computer long? DC

My clan just split becasue I kicked a suspected cheater from the clan. Ironic being that I am still under suspicion from EB. In my travels somewhere I read that a PB admin or a PBpower player could take a screen shot of the players config. This may help you indeterming what you are looking for. I wish I could link you to the information but I am sure it can be found at evenbalance.com. I wish I had known this before accusing and kicking him. My clan would still be intact. DC

I have personally played against gonzo. He is a great pilot, if you think hes hard to kill from the ground try him from the air in a plane. That screen shot didn't show the plane hitting the deck, not the first one anyway. Hes making a strafe run. You will find that most of the TMC guys are pretty good in the air, no reason to raise suspicion though. I have a video of two pilots that will blow your mind the skill they posess, its called a stunt video but it's still amazing. DC

Uh as someone said earlier, don't even bother trying to fight it. The admin of the server took a PB screenshot of your desktop while you were playing and caught you using your wallhack. If someone else in your home used your computer while you were away the result is still the same, kick their butt and buy another game and this time don't cheat. DC

Uh I baught my entire comp on ebay fully assembled :-(. I must say dude, I have no compassion for hackers, all you want to do is play again? All we have ever wanted to do is play in a hack free enviornment. As far as I am concerned you can play again after I die. DC

I have been on MoO forums in austrailia thruought my search and I came across an acusation of someone hacking because their rifle did not recoil. Im sorry Im a bit of a noob and not highly educated. Are you saying that this is a scropt and not a (hack) per say? I am sure they would be very interested in any knowledge you have and if you dont mind I may put them in touch with you directly. It's a fairly critical matter in their case. DC

A PB screenshot by one of the admins is also a good idea as well. I believe in some servers the players can also take PB screenshots but sorry, Im a noob as well so I cant tell you how.

Pinacle you seem like a guy thats interested in numbers, I am too but for alternate reasons. Can that list be broken down and if so I was wondering if you could tell me the amout of people banned for PBHack#130236 in the last two years and then the number banned in the last two months for the same offense. I am sure you can see where am going with this and posibly you will dismiss the idea, I am hoping that your curiosity will prevail. DC

I can tell you why we end up here, most of us are running searches for what we have thus far been denied at EB, help. I have yet to find a forum or site dedicated to helping accused hackers find why they have been accused and how to adress the situation. I am thinking of starting one if my name ever gets cleared from EB. PBBans and their open minded admins have been a god send in a world that everyone the moment you mention PB yells HACKER! at the top of their lungs. Consider this for one moment, imagin you were accused falsy and didn't know stuart and hendrik. What would you do, where would you go for help? (answer here) Reply to your answer. What would you do after the first two weeks af being ignored as in my case and then after the first mopnth with no viable result, also in my case. The truth remains, EVERYTHING having to do with EB is hidden and secretive. All inquiries are referred to the EB ticket system which is passworded and not revealed to the public, they have no public forums. I only have one question at this point, how could it possibly influnce hackers to know that 500 people were banned last month for PBHack#130236. 500 is a guess because that information is not open to the public which naturally arises the question, why not? So we wander onto sites like yours looking for answers that, I must say you have been quite helpful in many ways. Thank You for your time and patience, DC

May I suggest poting a ticket with PsBbans first, then contacting EB with the information you recieve from PsB. It is my experience that EB will blow you off if you do not follow the proper path and then still possibly blow you off. I would also lik eto say that every one of you that purchased a new cd key reather than standing up for whats right and clearing you name disapoint me. You mean to tell me that playing a game is more important than your integrity or your name? You not only disapoint me but everyone that comes behind you with the same ban for the same reason. I have personally been batteling with PB for allmost a month on my ticket now and plan to do so until a conclusion is reached. My name matters to me and believe it or not so does yours if you speak the truth. When posting your ban notification , posting your guid does not help. Reserch the Master Ban Index and retrieve the ban# at least then we can have some idea of what you have been banned for. I am no one, I am only a player that has been banned myself for PBHack#130236 but I will not rest until myself and others like me have been cleared or condemed. Either way EB will reach a conclusion before I'm done. In conclusion I would like to specially thank PBBans for the use of their forums and all their efforts to help us understnd what has flipped our world upside down, for some of us yu are our only light at the end of the tunnel. How long does PB or EB usually take to get back to you? My second question is how many people will have to kicked for this ban before they remove it from the books and my thind question is if they know how to recreate it on their test server then how do they not know how I got kicked for it? I have a ticket with EB and there has been no activity on it for over a week now. I do not have a problem being a guinea pig for testing to figure out what is wrong with your system but I would like my name removed from the Master Ban Index (MBI). You and I both know that this is a PB problem and I am no hacker. I am willing to do whatever it takes to clear my name and the name of others accused by the 130236 so lets get this done. I simply hate being kept in the dark and being that I am in contact with outher people that have been kicked for the same offense, they are looking to me to find answers for them. I'm still here mates, still waiting on EB. I'm afraid I don't quite understand if they can recreate the kick on a server how they don't know what caused it. Seems as simple as looking at their config and changing the problem. Why am I held accountable for their mistakes? Why am I osterasized (spell check) from the gaming comunity because PB has a glictch in their system that acuuses innocent people of hacking? Why am I asked to wait patiently until they can figure out their mistakes while my name is still in bold type as a lesser person on the Master Ban Index (MBI). These are all questions I would like to ask EB but I know they would only cut off and further communications and tag me as a flamer. Im not mad, I'm disapoined in a system i once believed in and in the communities ignorance towards any actions of PB and Even Balalnce, including my own negligence. DC

Aye man, the hardware bans are global meaning that he could have incurred the ban on any game that PB runs on and if he has a HW ban that means it spans across all PB games. Good luck with that mate, is his comp used? It wont help if it is I am just curious. DC

Wladglad my case has finally been adressed and is being looked at. I have learned throughout this process that you not only have to be very specific in what you say or ask but also you have to start at the beginning and work your way to the end. If you are on the Master Ban Index (MBI) you shold file a ticket with whomever the reporting agency id that placed you there or possibly PBBans could assist you there. once you have filed a ticket they will instruct you through some technical jargain that I didn't at first understand, to procede to evenbalance.com and post a ticket there to ask them for assistance in clearing your name. This the most important part you must post the first ticket number and the agency on the EB ticket or they will not help you. the e-mail you sent will probably be ignored if it does not have a ticket number on it. I just watched 5 people in a row get kicked for mso's server for PB Hack #130263 and I screen shoitted them. It's still kicking them and theres no admin on to shut it down. I am in tears, I knew I hadn't done anything wrong. They still will not listen to me. Bummer it only got the last one, I guess f12 doesnt work with the console open. Its ok I am heading back there and recording a demo. Lets see EB stay quiet now. I would speel out my case to you but with recent developments I don't think theres any need to keep defending myself.

Did you read the second link, Tim? Read it again . You asked why post here? Because anyone that is reading these forums is obiously affected by PB and EvenBalance and should know how and why EB (please edit this for a better word screwing ) people. Reread the links and you will understand how EB is handing out HW bans to people for something as simple as a program or internet failure and yelling to the world hack hack hack and then closing the door on them not only through games they have purchase now but through any contract that EB may develop in the future. I am not sking for support to prove my innocence, I can do that by myself. I am asking for support in forcing EB to be accountable for their own actions just as they are forcing us to be with ours. Tim is someone walked up to you on the street and called you a liar, cheat, hack, dishonest person would you stand for it or would you defend your character? This is NOT by far the only forum I have posted on this topic and I will continue until EB comes out of ther dark corner their hiding in and faces me or the public. Which ever one they have the guts for. If it were you getting railroaded Tim, I would hope that you would not go silently into the night. The answer is No, there are no turnovers of the 130000 series bans, no justification by EB no proof and no examining of any evidence. Sooooo many are so quick to yell cheat or hack and I was once one of you untill three days ago when I recieved my 130236 Master Ban Index (MBI) Global Hardware ban. I am the North American Leader of the clan 'HR^ Holy-Raiders, any of you that are in TWL CB will know of our reputation for fair play.
